Smart innovation Nmbrs® integrates payroll and HR data
AMSTERDAM – Accountant and administration offices can make their service provision more attractive by offering clients valuable and clear HR reports. In order to so, as supplier of online HR and payroll software Nmbrs® launches new HR documents, that integrate hard payroll data with the ‘softer’ HR data.
This way, accountant and administration offices can easily present clients with visual reports about their workforce (Headcount), leave and, for example, payroll information. Headcount gives insight into absenteeism, retention, age composition, FTEs and contracts. From the organisation, but also per department. Groundbreaking is the smart combination of data streams. In the HR overview the hard payroll figures are also processed. The combination ensures valuable control data and gives insight into trends within organisations.
The new HR reports of Nmbrs® are displayed visually appealing on a clear dashboard, such as is the case with, for example, social media reach. “Nowadays people do not want dry data, but pictures that offer quick insight”, sketches Michiel Chevalier, director and founder of Nmbrs®. “We give accountants and administration offices the possibility to offer their clients extra value this way. The new HR documents have already been launched by Nmbrs®, by the end of April the possibility to make the reports visible in the document viewer will also be added. The four HR documents are: Headcount, Leave, Absenteeism and Salary.
