We have seven offices across the Netherlands, Sweden and Portugal. Depending on your team, you could be based in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Veenendaal, Eersel, Stockholm, Lisbon or Porto.
Company-wide communication is in English, but the language you’ll use day to day depends on your team and location. Some teams are very international, while in some of our Dutch offices you’ll hear plenty of Dutch too.
No. Employment terms and benefits differ between our teams and locations. You’ll find exactly what applies to you in each vacancy.
Growth happens through more than training. You’ll get plenty of responsibility, learn from experienced colleagues and be encouraged to try things beyond the boundaries of your role. We don’t expect you to get everything right the first time. Try, learn, improve and go again: that’s how we grow. You’ll also have access to training budgets, team training, knowledge sharing and opportunities within Nmbrs and the wider Visma group.
Yes. You’ll mainly work within your own expert team, but we collaborate across Nmbrs where it adds value. There are also opportunities to contribute to projects and share knowledge across Nmbrs and Visma.
