The AI Assistant uses many sources to assist with HR and payroll administration. The sources currently used by the AI Assistant include:

- Our support website
- Numerous collective labor agreement documentation
No. All questions, and any data contained in those questions, remain with us. Everything related to the AI Assistant is in the same resource groups as the rest of Nmbrs, and none of it is used by OpenAI, Microsoft, or any other parties.
The protection of our customers' data always comes first. This is also why we do not use OpenAI's APIs, but use this technology via Microsoft Azure. This way, this AI Assistant, and everything that is asked of it, remains within the sphere of influence of Nmbrs and we have control over where the data is processed, in this case within Europe.
