A lot of things make us who we are. We are a company with no managers, we have multicultural teams, and we use agile methodology.
We are an international company that is working in a startup-style.

Our Teams



Squads and Chapters

We have no managers so our company is divided into Squads and Chapters. Squads are responsible for one Product and the team with whom you work daily. Chapters are a community of colleagues with the same role who meet a few times per month.

Many teams, same goal

We have 10 Tech Squads who are helping to build the product. Plus, we have 12 squads from Marketing, People, Customer Success, Finance, Operations, amongst others. All different, but with the same goal of building the best HR and Payroll software.

International Company

In our offices spread across two countries, we have a total of 120 employees. 35 colleagues in Portugal and 85 in the Netherlands. English is the official language in all of them but we always leave time to learn a bit of Dutch and Portuguese.
