ISAE 3402 type II report

The ISAE 3402 Type II report provides Nmbrs customer with information to obtain an understanding of the design and implementation of controls implemented by Nmbrs, which are relevant to the control of the user organisation’s internal processes for the purpose of the audit of their financial statements. It also shows that these controls were tested and they were operating with sufficient effectiveness during the period specified.

There are two types of ISAE 3402 reports: a Type I and a Type II report. Nmbrs now has an ISAE 3402 Type I and Type II report. Type I involves the design and implementation of processes and controls. The Type II report shows that these controls were tested and they were operating with sufficient effectiveness during the period specified. With the release of the ISAE 3402 report, we confirm the quality and reliability of our internal management organization, processes and management direction for our users.

How is the report established?

Auditors have tested the design and implementation controls within both the management processes and the application Nmbrs and issued a so-called assurance statement as part of the ISAE 3402 Type II report.
