Tom is the director of HR Trend Institute, which he founded in 2014. Tom has a lot of experience in HR Management in different multinational companies. He was the worldwide HR-director of Arcadis from 2006 until 2014. Arcadis is the leading international company for natural design and consulting services, with 27,000 employees worldwide. Before Arcadis he worked in different senior HR positions at Aon, KPMG en Philips Electronics. Tom has a lot of knowledge about innovative HR and how organisations can benefit from trend shifts.
In 2008 Ruben founded Springest. It was the first company in the Netherlands to implement the no-manager model: a way of working without a top-down management. The company won the award of best employer in 2015 and 2016! Ruben has become an expert in the field of start-up management.
